Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, depending on which occurs first. For cancellations, please contact us via email. If eligible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
After Dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, a return may be initiated after receipt as per our return and refund guidelines.
Changes to Orders
Modifications to order contents or delivery information are not supported once confirmed. You may cancel, if within the allowed time, and place a new order.
